Description of the quality materials that make up our shoes. Design, Materials, Construction. Discuss fit as well.

-Shoe Design

Our shoes are designed to fit a bit more snug all around the foot compared to many of the other shoe brands in this segment. From a more snug fit around the heel, to a bit less height above and around the foot, and a tapered snug fit around the ball of the foot specifically, our shoes are designed to control foot movement inside of the shoe. Our shoes work as a system, with no one part being more or less than the others.

It starts out with our outsoles. They are glued and stitched all around, and are also constructed a bit differently then most shoes on the market. We use more rubber under the foot, to control how stiff the shoe feels, to build in rigidity, and to also add longevity. You can shave off all the tread on the bottom of our shoes, and there is still 5mm of rubber left, where most other shoes on the market, its 1mm of rubber or less. This causes pedal pins to push through and make holes in the rubber, to cause it to tear, and also to delaminate. The way our outsoles are made and attached, we've never had a delimitation or a puncture.

Inside of our outsoles, we have a custom EVA Midsole. That keeps the shoes light, responsive, and also provides cushioning and energy absorption on impacts. Riding it helps suck up the bumps and big hits, while walking it keeps your shoes comfortable.

Next in line with our shoes bottoms is our lasting board. Our lasting boards are woven, not cardboard like most other companies out there use. It makes a large difference, and is part of our system to dial in the feel we want for the shoes, as well as offering more durability with regard to getting wet from water and moisture from your feet.

Our uppers are designed to allow the shoe to move naturally with your feet, and flex as your feet should, without allowing the shoe to flex too much the wrong way, to not wrap around the pedal potentially hurting your feet like so many other brands on the market now. You can't roll up one of our shoes and put it in your pocket. They are designed to be supportive and grippy on the pedals, but are comfortable enough to just walk around in.

-Materials

We use the best suedes, leathers, textiles and canvas's available to us. Sourcing from Argentina, Spain, Germany, Colombia, and mil spec camo coming from mexico.

Small parts like heel and toe counters, and our adhesives come from Spain and Germany.

Our insoles, eyelets, shoe laces, and even our post consumer content recycled cardboard boxes are made in Colombia.

Using the best materials coupled with our designs is what makes our shoes as good as they are. We don't import any of the lesser quality parts or materials so common in the other brands.

-Construction

Our construction methods are also specifically built around making a quality shoe first. The perfect example to this is our outsoles, being glued and stitched all the way around, to make sure they never come off. We double stitch pretty much everything on our shoes, where most of the other brands still do a lot of single stitching. Again, our aim is not to save a few cents here, there, and everywhere, but to make a quality shoe, time and time again. Our goal is to always improve, on everything. Fit, finish, quality, construction, materials, and design.

-Fit
