How do I return my purchase?

What can/can't I return?

Shoes, Softgoods, Backpacks and Insoles must be in their original unused condition. No exceptions. 

Soiled, worn, ridden in, etc. shoe returns will not be accepted. 

All Softgoods, Backpacks & Insoles must be unworn, with tags or related packaging. 

What about shipping costs?

We will refund your purchase price paid for your products. 

We will not refund the shipping costs paid, or pay the shipping costs for the return.

I ordered the wrong size/color, how do I exchange?

Please contact us first, by calling 813-304-8519 or emailing 

You'll pay to ship them back to us. As long as they are in the original condition, we'll ship you your exchange at no additional charge.

The box is all messed up! Are you going to charge me for it?

If packaging is damaged, don't stress it. 

We ship in our shoe boxes on purpose to reduce consumption of  packaging. We expect some shoe boxes won't survive two trips through the mail. 

If you need to place the shoes in some other box, that is fine. Just be sure to return the extra laces & other materials that were packed with the shoes initially.

Don't forget to recycle your old box!
